Project Scope

  • Installation of new insulation and fireproofing at the underside of the parking garage metal deck and new thermal barrier, spray foam insulation, and gypsum wall board at the vertical walls in the lobby space.

  • Re-securement of panels and replacement of sealants at selective penthouse metal wall panels.

  • Securing of metal panels on the upper level of 350 Washington Street parking garage and addition of an edge metal over deteriorated EIFS, also at parking level.
