Project Scope

  • Install new red custom colored Sikalastic RoofPro to match the bottle cap.

  • Install new beaded board mahogany siding and plywood sheathing with a fully adhered air barrier and drainage mat.

  • Repaint new Hood logo.

  • Remove and replace existing awning fabric with new to match existing.

  • Remove and replace all existing windows with new fiberglass units.

  • New painted hollow metal door with applied trim.
