Project Scope:

In the summer of 2015, Wessling Architects was brought onboard to perform an existing conditions survey.
Wessling surveyed the existing brick masonry facades, wood windows, mahogany doors, interior carpeting, ballast roof systems and slate shingle steep slope roofs.
Restoration work began in May 2017.
Restoration of brick masonry, re-painting and repairs of all exterior wood surfaces, replacement of all mahogany wood doors and hardware, new interior carpeting at all classrooms and hallways, a new Sika Sarnafil PVC roof system and selective replacement of slate roof shingles.
