Project Scope
Exterior work includes facade and balcony repair, provision of a new curtain wall system with exit door and ramp leading to a new patio, landscaping and upgrades to facilities entrances.
Selected demolition and interior reconfiguration of existing resident spaces will provide new bedrooms with ADA compliant bathrooms, a new Sister’s Suite.
Upgrades to the existing public restrooms, significant upgrading of the central laundry facility and upgrades to one of the existing elevators.
Alterations to the chapel to increase accessibility for aging priests including replacing the pews with chairs with armrests, which can be moved to make room for wheelchairs. The height of the ambo and altar can adjusted by pressing a button.
Complete upgrade of the mechanical, plumbing, fresh air ventilation, fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
